Ingredients-
 ¾ cup whole milk plain yogurt
 ½ scoop protein powder (optional for extra protein)
 ¼ cup granola
 ½ a small mango, cubbed (55g)
 ½ a banana, sliced (40g)
 ½ a kiwi, cubbed (40g)

If using protein powder, mix protein powder and yogurt in a bowl till they are fully combine. If not using protein, just put yogurt into a bowl.
